“Fred at Prime USA scales was by far the best person to work with. We looked with other companies to get a scale to fit our needs and were wildly unsuccessful. Within 15 minutes Fred had sent us a quote on the exact scale we were looking for and for Thousands less than the competitors.”

“Fred answered in 2 rings. He was very knowledgeable on their product line and based on a 5 minute conversation he made recommendations for my company. 3 days later I had a brand new, high quality floor scale delivered to my warehouse that has since become an invaluable part of our day-to-day operations.”

“This scale has worked without fail, always weighs everything we ship with accuracy. When we damaged our cable from the scale to the read-out monitor (our fault) they were easy and pleasant to contact. They sent us a new one for free!”

“Fred and the Prime USA Scales Team took excellent care of us! When the manufacturer of our scale let us down, Fred stepped in and replaced it with a new scale, no questions asked and no hassles! That's how you take care of a customer.”

“I just ordered from this organization and I HIGHLY recommend it! They worked with me and went above and beyond. I want to give a special shout out to Fred Herrmann. He responded quickly when I had questions and did everything for us.”
