We offer calibrations, repairs, services, and certifications for any scale we sell as well as our own name brand. Our company is dedicated to offering not only the highest quality scale, but a scale that our company can service to avoid any downtime or delays in your business. All scale products will need calibration, repairs, and service at some time down the road. Prime USA Scales has two options for service. The scales can be brought to our local office to be serviced. Or we have the option to travel to your business and perform any necessary repairs. Recently we have seen a pattern (Amazon, EBay, etc ) of customers having to ship scales back to the manufactures which can be time consuming and expensive because of shipping time and costs. This is not practical nor cost effective.
