Q. Where are the prices/shopping cart?

Our friendly staff is here to answer all your questions and get out a professional quote to you with the “Right scale at the right price” There are quite a few aspects to buying a scale and getting it right the first time is truly what you want. 25 years of successful sales and service by phone and email has been the proven method for our customers and we hope you think so too.
Q. How do I know if I need Certified or not?
A. If you buy or sell based on weight that is when weights and measures requires NTEP approved scale.
The best way to find out is to speak with our scale technicians. We can help you determine exactly what you need but the short answer is if you buy or sell based on weight requires NTEP Approval scale.
Q. Why are your prices slightly higher than your competitors?
A. Our prices are very competitive for the same make and model scale, but unfortunately many of our competitors offer lower quality scales from china to cut cost and Prime USA Scales would rather offer our customers a quality built USA made scale that will last 5-10 years down the road.
Q. When will my scale ship and how quickly will it be received?
A. Your scale will normally ship within 24-48 hours. All the products on our website include free shipping. All smaller packages shipping UPS ground have an estimated delivery date between 2 to 5 business days. If your item is shipping LTL freight estimated delivery in the continental US is 2 to 7 business days depending on location. Freight shipments will require commercial address with forklift or loading dock. We cannot guarantee any delivery date with free shipping.
Q. What will I need once the order has arrived at my location?
A. Normally your scale will be ready to power up (Plug into wall if not battery operated than power up) with nothing more than having to adjust the feet. Some large scales will need a forklift to offload the scale from the truck or we can make arrangements to get a lift gate truck out to you.
Q. Can I have my scale shipped to a residential Address?
A. Yes we can make arrangements to ship to a residential location but we will need to know that beforehand and additional fees may apply depending on type of scale purchased.
Q. Are prices subject to change?
A. Yes, as a distributor of many different manufacturers we cannot control the prices. If a manufacturer does increase prices we are subject to adjust our prices accordingly. We will always do our best to honor the price.
B. If you are purchasing a USA Measurements brand we will honor our price with-in 30 days of the quote even if we experience an unforeseen price increase. If you have any further questions please reach out to a team member for further details.
