Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days as long as the merchandise is returned in an unused condition packaged properly for shipping for return. All sales are final on all merchandise used or new and at the discretion of management will we accept returns. In the rare circumstances where there is a return, the buyer is required to pay all shipping both ways for all returns. If you purchased with free shipping your return purchase amount will have shipping deducted from your refund for shipping to and from address. If a product comes back used we will deduct a 5 to 20% refurbishing fee (depending on the condition or missing items). Availability: Prime USA Scales cannot guarantee instock availability on every single product at time of ordering but we do our best to keep every product we have stocked shipped same day. Customers will be notified if the item(s) is on back order or any unnecessary delay due to shipping time, customized work or heavier equipment ie; Truck Scales etc.
Delivery: Any additional charges for changes ie; delivery address, residential area, heavy load permits etc. will be the responsibility of the customer but Prime USA scales will do everything possible to make aware all charges at time of order but beware in some instances it will say on your order “Estimated Charges. Our responsibility ceases once the product is shipped so if damaged in transport Prime USA scales will do everything they can to help make things right.

Shipping: We only ship our LTL freight to businesses with loading dock or forklift. Additional fees apply for lift gate or residential delivery.
