Prime USA Scales is owned and operated by the Herrmann family. Frederick Herrmann III and Frederick Herrmann IV run the company today, carrying forward a standard shared across three generations: listen carefully, be straight with people, do what you said you would do and make things right when they are not.
We built Prime USA Scales to combine personal accountability with national capability. You can reach the people responsible for the business, and you can get the product selection, service network and follow-through a serious operation requires.
Choosing the right scale can be complicated. Our job is to make it easier. We’ll ask the right questions, explain your options clearly and recommend what fits your application.
