The AM1730 series of Secondary Reference Platinum Resistance Thermometers (PRTs) provides cost-effective reference probes for precise temperature measurement and calibration in both laboratory and field environments. These PRTs deliver exceptional accuracy of <0.012°C and short-term stability of <0.007°C.

To ensure optimal stability and repeatability, the sensing element is specially designed to shield the platinum sensing wire from contamination at high temperatures. Its unique structural support and filling material offer an ideal balance of hysteresis control, resistance to mechanical shock, and thermal shock performance. This high-performance probe fully complies with ITS-90 standards for reference thermometers. Each probe is supplied with an ISO 17025 accredited calibration as standard.
