Overview
The Brecknell S100 is a rugged, self-contained general purpose bench scale built for non-trade industrial applications in shipping, receiving, and production environments. It combines a stainless steel 18"×22" platform with a bright 6-digit red LED indicator, built-in RS-232 interface, and a rechargeable battery that delivers up to 35 hours of continuous operation. Three capacity options — 150 lb, 300 lb, and 600 lb — share the same platform size and indicator, making the S100 adaptable across a wide range of workstation weighing needs.

- Standard RS-232 9-pin interface — supports continuous output, print-key, stable weight, and bi-directional PC communication
- Built-in rechargeable lead-acid battery — up to 35 hours of continuous use; charges automatically when AC power is connected
- Column or desk mount indicator; indicator can be remoted up to 48" without the column
- Adjustable resolution: 6,000 or 7,500 divisions (factory default, configurable)
- Weight hold: manual, automatic on weight change, or within ±3–50 scale divisions
- Auto-off timer: selectable 1–15 minutes or off
