SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text message communications sent by USA Measurements, Inc., doing business as Prime USA Scales (“Prime USA Scales,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in to receive text messages from Prime USA Scales, you agree to these terms.

We operate two categories of SMS programs: transactional SMS (shipping notifications, order status, service appointments, and responses to customer-initiated inquiries) and promotional SMS (marketing messages sent only to individuals who have provided express written consent).

Transactional SMS: By providing your mobile phone number in connection with an order, quote, or service request, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to that transaction, including shipping updates, delivery notifications, and appointment reminders.

Promotional SMS: Consent to receive promotional text messages is obtained separately through a clear, documented express written opt-in, such as an unchecked website or checkout consent box containing the required SMS disclosures. Consent to receive promotional SMS is not required to purchase products or services from Prime USA Scales.

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Prime USA Scales and the nature of the program. Transactional messages are sent in connection with specific transactions and typically conclude when the transaction is complete. Promotional messages are sent periodically based on your opt-in preferences and current campaigns.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all text messages sent and received. Prime USA Scales does not charge a fee for its SMS programs, but your carrier’s standard rates apply.

You may opt out of Prime USA Scales text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and then cease sending further messages to that number, except as required by law.

We will honor SMS opt-out requests as required by applicable law. After receiving a valid opt-out request, we may send one final message confirming the request. If you later wish to receive transaction-specific text messages, you may separately opt in again.

Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Coverage and delivery depend on your carrier and device. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier-side issues.

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We use your phone number to send you messages related to your transactions and, if you have opted in, promotional communications from Prime USA Scales only.

Our SMS programs are available for U.S. mobile numbers. International numbers may not be supported. Prime USA Scales reserves the right to suspend or terminate any SMS program at any time with reasonable notice where feasible.

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with a new effective date. Continued participation in our SMS program after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
