There was a mistake that caused a ton of stress, but Fred’s ability to relieve that stress and make a negative situation positive speaks 1000 words to me about the integrity this company has. I needed to purchase a pallet floor scale for a distribution company I manage. I requested and received 5 quotes. Prime USA was by far the least expensive, and when it arrived in less than a week after purchasing, I was pleased to find it was exactly what I needed: great condition, easy to connect, simple to use.
