It was a great experience working with Fred at Prime USA Scales. He truly cares for his customers and strives to satisfy his clients. There was a mistake that caused a ton of stress, but Fred’s ability to relieve that stress and make a negative situation positive speaks 1000 words to me about the integrity this company has.
