The SUP-PH6.5 is a single-input controller. Set it to pH mode or ORP mode in the menu and connect the matching electrode. It reads one parameter at a time and does not measure pH and ORP at the same time. If you need both monitored simultaneously, you will need two units (one configured for each). Contact us and we will quote the pair.
A compatible pH or ORP electrode, matched to the mode you select, is required and sold separately. Contact us and we will recommend the right electrode for your application.
Overview:
The Supmea SUP-PH6.5 is a rugged industrial controller for pH or ORP measurement. Choose the mode you need, connect the matching electrode, and it delivers accurate real-time readings with dual relay control, an isolated 4-20mA output, and RS485 (Modbus RTU) communication for easy integration with PLCs, SCADA, or standalone panels. It covers a full 0 to 14 pH range, or -2000 to +2000 mV in ORP mode, and drops into a standard 96 x 96 mm panel cutout. Built for long-term stability in chemical plants, water and wastewater treatment, metal finishing, and agricultural fertigation.
Key Features:
- Selectable pH or ORP: Configure the unit for pH or ORP in the menu and connect the matching electrode. One parameter at a time.
- Wide measuring ranges: Full 0 to 14 pH span, or -2000 to +2000 mV in ORP mode. Handles strong acids and strong alkalis.
- High accuracy: Plus or minus 0.02 pH in pH mode; plus or minus 1 to 2 mV in ORP mode.
- Automatic temperature compensation: Works with NTC10K, Pt1000, or Pt100 sensors, manual or automatic, across -10 to 130 C.
- Dual relay control: Two SPDT relays (AC 250V / 3A) for high and low alarms or automated dosing pumps.
- Multiple outputs: Isolated 4-20mA analog output plus RS485 (Modbus RTU) for PLC, SCADA, or centralized monitoring.
- Compact 1/4 DIN design: Standard 96 x 96 mm panel format with a 92.5 x 92.5 mm cutout, fits most industrial control cabinets.
- Rugged and reliable: Built for chemical plants, wastewater facilities, and metal treatment lines where pH or chemical exposure is severe.
- Simple to operate: 2.8 inch backlit LCD with menu-driven setup, configurable alarm limits, delays, and output signals.

Applications:
- Fertigation systems (pH mode): Maintain the ideal pH for nutrient absorption and prevent scaling or clogging in drip lines, protecting both crops and irrigation equipment.
- Dyeing wastewater (ORP mode): Monitor ORP for efficient color removal and chemical dosing, supporting consistent treatment results and regulatory compliance.
- Metal surface treatment (pH or ORP mode): Hold optimal chemical conditions for electroplating and anodizing, improving finish quality, reducing defects, and avoiding chemical overdosing.
- Exhaust gas scrubbers (pH mode): Keep the scrubbing liquid at the correct pH so the system meets emission limits and runs efficiently.
- Strong acid and alkali processes (pH mode): Precisely control pH for safety, process stability, and product consistency when handling aggressive chemicals.
- Sewage treatment (pH or ORP mode): Provide continuous monitoring and control to protect biological treatment, reduce chemical use, and improve effluent quality.
