Prime USA Scales package includes our OP-900R1-12 relay indicator which allows for target weight and relay functions. When a setpoint (target weight) is programmed into the digital indicator it will send an alarm to notify a user when the target weight has been reached. The indicator can also send electrical output signals to be used with relays to control the filling device. This will help to improve accuracy, target weight, and provide the user with repeatability. In many applications there may be multiple ingredients being dispensed into containers, drums, or sacks. Additional setpoints (target weights) can be used for each ingredient to produce a final batch.
